About rates

Each talent sets their own professional rate and agrees it directly with the employer. Current platform fees are listed on Pricing.

How VirtualMasst supports the engagement

Trust & verification View pricing

The VirtualMasst team reviews and approves talent profiles.
Profile checks include the CV and applicable business information such as VAT or company registration.
An incomplete profile is not approved.
Stripe carries out identity, banking and compliance checks, including Know Your Customer (KYC), before anyone can be paid.
The employer chooses the talent, agrees the job, manages the collaboration and approves the completed work.
Employers pay upfront through Stripe, using a valid payment method. Funds are held within the Stripe payment flow until release.
VirtualMasst facilitates pre-funding and payment through Stripe.
Talents invoice employers in their own name. Where applicable, invoices can be created and sent through VirtualMasst’s PEPPOL network.

Current platform fees are listed on Pricing. The employer chooses who to hire.

Does VirtualMasst hire independent freelancers or consultants on behalf of employers?

No.

VirtualMasst provides the platform. The employer chooses who they want to hire.

The VirtualMasst team reviews and approves profiles but does not make the hiring decision.
