Publish the job in the relevant category, or invite talents whose profiles match what you need.
2. Agree and pre-fund
Start a conversation and agree the scope, timeline, deliverables and rate. Employers pay upfront by credit card or bank transfer through Stripe. For larger jobs, the employer can decide to split the work into several projects.
3. Confirm and release
The employer approves the completed work and releases payment. Funds are held within the Stripe payment flow until release.
