What is VirtualMasst?

Where the name comes from
The name is a play on two words: virtual and must. In today's world, virtual working is no longer optional. It is essential. No company or professional can afford to ignore digitalisation, and for freelancers it is already part of everyday work. The name recognises that shift in how we work.
What makes it different
Two things sit at the heart of VirtualMasst:
Payments through Stripe. Jobs are pre-funded through Stripe, and the funds are held within the Stripe payment flow until they are released.
Transparency. Employers and talents agree the scope, timeline and rate directly, and the platform fees are published on the pricing page.
As Jonathan says in the conversation, even if VirtualMasst does not become the biggest platform, an approach like this is good for all freelancers.
