How to complete your VirtualMasst talent profile, step by step
You have signed up on VirtualMasst as a talent. What next? Before you can apply for jobs, you need to complete your profile. In this video I show you how, step by step.
Why your profile matters
When you click Find jobs for the first time, you will see a message asking you to complete your profile. That is normal: you have signed up, but you have not added your details or skills yet.
Your profile is not approved automatically. The VirtualMasst team reviews your profile before it goes live on the platform. So make sure the information you give is complete, accurate and professional.
Your profile is what employers use to decide whether to contact you and hire you. You registered because you want to be hired, so take the time to complete it well.
What to fill in
Personal details and profile picture. Upload a photo and add your basic details.
Professional details and company number. If you are a freelancer based in the EU, you must give the VAT or company registration number of your registered business. This number is checked, and your profile will not be accepted without it. If you are based outside the EU, this field is not required.
Profile description and contact details. Describe what you do, the country you are registered in and your phone number.
CV and portfolio. Upload your resume and your portfolio.
Education. Add your education yourself; there is no ready-made list of schools.
Experience. Add each role one by one: your title, the company, when you started and finished, the job category and the job type. We ask for this so that your experience is clear to employers.
Skills. Add your skills one by one. You cannot continue without them.
Languages. Add each language you speak and your level, from native to advanced.
Social links. Your LinkedIn link is required.
Every field is important. When everything is complete, your profile goes to the team for review.
