Online job interview

You can post a job on VirtualMasst in three easy ways:

From Your Profile Page: click the “Post a Job” button located on your profile. It’s quick and intuitive.

From Your Dashboard: navigate to your dashboard and click “Post a Job” to begin creating your listing.

Directly from a Candidate’s Profile: browse through the listed freelancers and identify a talent that seems to be a perfect match? Go to their profile and select “Create Offer.”This enables you to send a customized job proposal, which also serves as your job description.

Crafting the Perfect Job Listing

Your job posting is the initial step to attracting the talent you require. Invest time in crafting a clear and detailed description of your project's needs. A well-organized listing enables freelancers to quickly grasp your objectives, necessary skills, and expectations.

Here’s what to include when completing the job form:

Job title & category: choose a title that reflects the role or task, and categorize it appropriately for visibility.

Project or job description: clearly explain the work involved, deliverables, and any background information that helps set context.

Timeline: indicate the project start and end dates, or expected duration.

Work Mode: specify if the role is Remote, On-site, or Hybrid to manage availability and expectations.

Budget Range: choose between Hourly or Fixed Price, and provide an estimated budget range that reflects your scope.

Final Step: Post It

After finishing your listing, select “Post.”

Your job will become active on the platform, appearing alongside other ongoing projects and open to proposals from skilled freelancers.

The candidate you selected might either accept or decline the offered position. Meanwhile, the job is accessible to all registered users on the platform, allowing others to apply for the same position. This approach is highly flexible and does not rely on algorithms.

How to hire?

Hiring independent freelancers or talent on the VirtualMasst platform is a relaxed and straightforward process. Once you've set up your profile, you can:

Click "Hire Talent" to explore the register candidates that align with your job requirements. This method prevents spam emails, it allows you to search, chat and make a decision directly on the platform! The candidates have the freedom to accept or decline offers without trying to formulate a complicated email to express disinterest. Similarly, clients, can modify or close their offers, with all interactions occurring with the platform, thus eliminating the need for endless emails

Alternatively, visit your Employer Dashboard, select "Find Talent", and browse detailed profiles, including attached portfolios and external links.

Did you find your candidate?

When you find a candidate that fits the bill, click on their profile to view their full credentials. If you're satisfied, proceed by clicking "Hire"—you'll then be prompted to create the job listing and initiate a conversation with the freelancer to finalise the hiring process.

Let's hire then!

​To finalise the hiring process, click on "Hire" and choose your preferred payment method: a one-time payment or a milestone-based project. Pay the total project amount, which will be held in escrow, along with the administration support fee. Once your payment is confirmed, your selected freelancer can begin the work. Read here the Plan policy As a client, you also have the option to hire privately. At this stage, you find a candidate who meets your requirements and offer them the project, meaning you will create a job specifically for that candidate and proceed with the payment and onboarding.
