- The employer pays upfront by credit card or bank transfer through Stripe
- Funds are held within the Stripe payment flow until release
- When the agreed work is complete, the employer confirms completion and releases payment
- Talents across Europe can use VirtualMasst's PEPPOL invoicing when required
