PAYMENT
Charges, verification and payment
VirtualMasst provides the platform through which the working relationship and Stripe payment process are arranged. Current charges are listed on Pricing.
- Connect Stripe and complete the required identity, banking and compliance checks, including Know Your Customer (KYC)
- Talent profiles are reviewed and approved by the VirtualMasst team
- The employer pays upfront by credit card or bank transfer through Stripe
- Funds are held within the Stripe payment flow until release
- When the agreed work is complete, the employer confirms completion and releases payment
- Talents across Europe can use VirtualMasst's PEPPOL invoicing when required
