Open your web browser and navigate to the official VirtualMasst website. You will land on our Main page, here you have the option

to sign up as a hiring person or a freelancers looking for a job;

Click on one of the two options and follow the instruction below

Step 2: Click on the Sign-Up Button

On the main page, if you're a freelancers

Click on "Find jobs" and continue to "Sign Up" to proceed.

Step 3: Fill Out the Registration Form for Freelancer or Hiring person

Complete the registration form and complete all required fields:

Choose the Talent or Company option

Carefully read and accept the Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.

Step 4: Agree to Terms and Conditions

Read through the terms and conditions of the platform.

If you agree, check the box to accept them.

Step 5: Verify Your Email

After submitting the registration form,

check your email for a verification link from VirtualMasst.

Click the link to verify your email address.

Step 6: Log In to Your Account

Once your email is verified, return to the VirtualMasst website and log in using your email and password.

Step 7: Complete Your Profile

After signing up, complete your profile with accurate and professional information.

Next, upload valid documentation confirming your self-employed status.

Our team will conduct a thorough review of your profile and submitted documents. Once approved, you'll gain full access to apply for job opportunities available on the platform.

Will your profile be double-checked and approved?

Absolutely! As soon as you submit your profile, you will receive an email confirmation and invitation to wait until your profile is approved. This is our professional way to verify whether you're a legitimate freelancer or a scammer. We will verify the document you uploaded and your company details. As you are aware, we only accept independent freelancers in Europe with a valid company registration number. Outside of Europe, you are free to register as a freelancer but are responsible for your tax registration in your country of location.

Upon approval, browse for Jobs on your dashboard.

Business/hiring company will also undergo the same scrutiny to verify that you're legitimate and have good intentions of hiring freelancers. We will first verify the document you uploaded and your company details, including your VAT number, UBO information or tax information if applicable.

Upon approval, browse for talent, independent freelancers on your dashboard or from the main page. You can either hire a talent or post a job.
