VirtualMasst Referral and Reward policy

These Referral and Reward Terms (“Referral Terms”) govern participation in the referral program offered by VirtualMasst (“the Platform”). By participating, users agree to these terms, as well as the VirtualMasst General Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Disclaimer.

Important notice!

Participation in the VirtualMasst Referral and Reward Program is entirely optional and not mandatory for any user. It is designed as a voluntary opportunity to earn extra income ("pocket money") by promoting the platform to others. This program does not constitute employment, partnership, or any legally binding commitment between the user and VirtualMasst. All rewards are offered at the discretion of VirtualMasst, subject to the terms outlined below.

Our Policy contains the following sections:

The referral program is available to all registered users of VirtualMasst in good standing. Participation is free and voluntary.
Referral Program Reminder Each user receives a unique referral link via their dashboard. This link can be shared to invite freelancers and hiring companies to join VirtualMasst.

To qualify for referral rewards, the invited user must:

Sign up using your referral link

Complete all onboarding steps (e.g., profile setup, full registration)

Become active on the platform (e.g., post a job or apply to one)

⚠️ Important: Only eligible and verifiable referrals count toward rewards. Please keep a personal record of your referrals to help us verify and ensure you receive what you’ve earned.
Reward and Referral Criteria

Every registered user will earn 100 points if successfully refers 100 independent freelancers who complete their registration and activate their subscription profile; and after this condition, for every 100 freelancers you bring in, you will receive a reward of €150. (you can earn more if you referrer to more than 100 freelancers)

Every registered user will earn 200 points if successfully refers 500 hiring companies or solo entrepreneurs. Those companies or solo entrepreneurs must post at least 100 jobs, hire and pay at least 100 freelancers and after those condition, you will receive €300 as a reward.

Every registered user will earn 500 points if successfully refers 500 hiring companies or solo entrepreneurs. Those companies or solo entrepreneurs must post at least 300 job listings and hire at least 300 freelancers for you to qualify for the reward. You will receive €500 as a reward.

Every registered user will earn 1,000 points for successfully referring 1,000 hiring companies. These companies or solo entrepreneurs must register, pay their subscription fee, post at least 500 jobs, hire and pay at least 500 freelancers. You will receive €1000 as a reward only if you meet all of these conditions.

⚠️ Important: Only eligible and verifiable referrals count toward rewards. Please keep a personal record of your referrals to help us verify and ensure you receive what you’ve earned. Once you’ve reached the required number of referrals, send us an email at welcome@virtualmasst.com with the listing of the referred users and claim your reward. Rewards are issued only after the referred user has remained active on the platform for five full months.
Rewards are reviewed and processed within 60 days after criteria are met and verified. Payments will be issued via the user’s preferred payment method linked to their vMasst-Stripe's account. We reserves the right to delay or withhold payment if suspicious activity is detected.
VirtualMasst strictly enforces the integrity of its Referral and Reward Program. Any abuse, manipulation, or circumvention of the system will result in immediate disqualification from the program and may lead to account suspension or permanent removal from the platform. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

Creating fake companies or freelancer accounts to meet referral targets

Self-referrals or registering under multiple identities

Referring users with no intent to actively use the platform by posting jobs or hiring

Use of bots, automation tools, or mass-registration tactics

Posting fake job listings or faking hiring efforts will lead to the removal of your referral from the platform. Any referral who does not post a job or make a hire will be disqualified, and simply having accounting referrals will not be enough to claim rewards.

Instructing referred users to bypass or avoid proper onboarding

Promoting or facilitating off-platform payments

Important: All hiring and payments must be conducted through the VirtualMasst platform in order to be counted as referral. Any referral connected to hiring or payment activities outside of the platform will be deemed ineligible. Users involved in such actions will be disqualified from receiving rewards, and their accounts may be suspended or permanently banned.

VirtualMasst reserves the right to audit referral activity, investigate suspicious behavior, and withhold or reverse rewards if abuse or manipulation is suspected. We are committed to maintaining a fair and trustworthy ecosystem for all users.
VirtualMasst makes every reasonable effort to ensure the fair and timely distribution of referral rewards. However, participation in the Referral and Reward Program is at the user’s own risk.

VirtualMasst shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from participation in the program, including loss of expected rewards due to delays, system errors, or disqualification based on policy violations.

In the event of any disputes regarding referral rewards, VirtualMasst's internal review process is the final authority. Users may be asked to provide additional information or documentation during these reviews, such as email exchanges related to the invitation to join the platform or any confirmation from the hiring company or freelancers. All requested documentation must be submitted to verify the credibility of the referral.

Reaching a referral target does not guarantee payment if fraud, manipulation, or abuse is detected during or after the verification process. If VirtualMasst finds that any part of a user’s referral activity is fraudulent or violates these terms, the entire referral history and all associated rewards may be nullified, and the user’s participation in the referral program may be permanently terminated.

In serious cases, VirtualMasst reserves the right to deactivate or remove the user’s account from the platform entirely and report abuse where required by law.

By participating in the Referral and Reward Program, users acknowledge and accept these terms, and agree to act in good faith when referring others to the platform.
In addition to the standard referral rewards, VirtualMasst offers an Ambassadorship Program as an alternative way to earn by promoting the platform more broadly. The program is designed for passionate users who actively increase the platform’s visibility by referring freelancers, companies, and individuals at scale for exemple on their linkedin page, social media page or websites.

Ambassadors are recognized as key partners in growing the VirtualMasst community and may receive exclusive benefits such as:

Custom referral bonuses

Public recognition and spotlight features

Priority consideration for partnerships and campaigns

To qualify for ambassadorship:

Users must consistently refer quality, verified users (freelancers and/or hiring parties)

Show commitment to spreading awareness of the platform through events, content, or direct outreach

Maintain an active and compliant account with a positive platform record

VirtualMasst reserves the right to appoint, manage, or revoke ambassadorship status at its sole discretion. Terms, responsibilities, and rewards for Ambassadors may vary and will be communicated individually upon invitation or application.
VirtualMasst reserves the right to update this Policy from time to time. Any changes we make will be posted on this page and, if necessary, notified to you by e-mail. Please check it frequently to track any updates or changes made. Your continued use of this Website, following the publication of the changes to the Policy, implies your acceptance thereof.

In the event of a conflict or incompatibility between a provision of this Policy and a provision of another VirtualMasst policy or document relating to data processing, the provision of this Policy shall prevail.

This Referral and reward policy was last updated on 17 May 2025.

We may update this Referral and reward policy from time to time, including during the provision of the Services, without your consent. This Referral and reward policy and any future variations will be published on our website, virtualMasst.com by public notice to all our clients. Based on such publication, you shall be deemed to have agreed to this Referral and reward policy and all such variations. We advise you to check this page regularly to ensure you are happy with any changes to this Referral and reward policy.
